Mother of the Bride dress ...Yay or Nay? (The picture doesn't really do it justice - it's stunning in fabric and construction and the colors are gorgeous) I will be walking her down the aisle and I didn't want to wear anything distracting or frou-frou. If her dad was here he'd be wearing a suit . I can't take a chance on a wardrobe malfunction, like the wind blowing my skirt up, or layers of chiffon fluttering around. Problem is, Courtney wants something softer and more feminine. Can anyone think of a way to fancy this up? Statement jewelry? Strappy sandals?
